responsibilities:
- Evaluate lease partner safety programs, conduct site observations, and monitor compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and Our Client's global construction standards.
- Conduct frequent field safety walks and actively participate in weekly HRA planning to evaluate and mitigate on-site risks.
- Ensure timely incident reporting, coordinate escalations with Our Client's stakeholders, and validate root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Act as a strategic liaison between lease partners and Our Client, providing coaching and guidance to foster a proactive, prevention-focused safety environment.
- Complete essential deliverables, including daily site observations and weekly activity reports, while maintaining precise records in company systems.
