responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of controlled documents and maintain data integrity across PLM, ERP, and LMS platforms.
- Administer the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, reviewing submissions and coordinating accurate cross-functional implementation.
- Ensure document and change records are strictly audit-ready while assigning and tracking required procedural training.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and continuously improve QMS processes.
