responsibilities:
- Lead renovation and equipment upgrade projects within active healthcare and occupied facilities, coordinating MEP, general trades, and structural scopes.
- Plan and execute critical equipment replacements and shutdowns (air handlers, HVAC systems, and related infrastructure) while minimizing operational disruption.
- Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, driving schedule adherence, quality, safety, and project execution.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between facility stakeholders, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress across multiple sites, providing updates and ensuring successful project delivery
- 3+ years of experience managing construction, renovation, or facilities projects involving MEP systems in occupied environments such as healthcare, manufacturing, laboratories, research facilities, or similar operational settings.
- Experience planning and coordinating equipment shutdowns, air handler replacements, HVAC upgrades, or other critical infrastructure changeovers in active facilities.
- Top notch ommunication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a field-driven role and travel regularly to project sites.
