responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day execution of healthcare renovation projects, coordinating MEP, general trades, and structural scopes (including equipment-related modifications)
- Manage work within active hospital environments, ensuring compliance with permitting, safety protocols, and infection control requirements (ICRA)
- Coordinate and direct 3-4 subcontractors daily, driving schedule, quality, and site execution independently
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for hospital stakeholders, facility teams, and internal project teams
- Travel regularly to multiple healthcare campuses, managing site progress and reporting back to the broader program team
- 3+ years of experience leading healthcare renovation projects (operating rooms, surgical suites, or similar environments preferred)
- Effective communication and coordination skills with the ability to work autonomously in a field-driven role
- Willingness to travel frequently (3-4 days/week) with proficiency in construction software (Autodesk Build/Procore, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office)
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
