responsibilities:
- Manage Equipment Lifecycle: Lead the procurement, installation, commissioning, and mass-production launch of battery production line equipment.
- Project & Process Management: Develop process plans, maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, and manage punchlist items and root cause analysis.
- Systems Integration: Configure manufacturing PLCs and support shop-floor network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity for MES, SCADA, and MOM.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct equipment trials at vendor sites and on the manufacturing floor to ensure all safety, quality, and productivity targets are met while navigating clean room protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with domestic and international teams, supporting construction groups and technicians, and participate in daily reporting up to the Senior Manager level.
