We need an industry expert with 10+ years' experience, an engineering/construction background, and P6 mastery to lead complex multi-year projects.

responsibilities:
- Independently create realistic plans, detailed schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for major, highly complex projects.
- Drive robust EVM processes to ensure the accurate reporting of the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Earned Value curves.
- Leverage practical field experience to conduct what-if analyses, identify potential challenges, and proactively formulate recovery plans.
- Act as an industry expert to guide planning standards, ensure contractor alignment, and solve complex scheduling problems with minimal supervision.
- Efficiently update milestones using tools like Primavera P6 and Power BI, while proactively reporting statuses and risks to project managers.
