responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Vision: Architect and implement a 3-year end-to-end global supply chain strategy for assigned commodities to enhance competitive differentiation and address availability, quality, and cost.
- Lead Sourcing Negotiations: Execute complex commercial negotiations and manage agreements to consistently achieve annual targets for cost, lead time, quality, and flexibility.
- Manage Supplier Relationships: Drive supplier selection (expansion and consolidation) and focus supplier investments, such as R&D and capacity expansions, to ensure alignment with Our Client's growing needs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Build partnerships with internal product groups, successfully operating across boundaries to prioritize activities and facilitate faster customer solutions.
- Provide Inspired Leadership: Motivate the global supply chain workforce and present highly impactful messages and strategies to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, suppliers, and customers.
