responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end lifecylce of new products and systems while optimizing existing designs for better performance
- Partner with internal team members to assess manufacturability, cost analysis, and requirements
- Conduct structural and thermal simulations and analyze data to identify and mitigate technical risks
- Generate 3D/2D technical drawings and maintain critical records
- Review work order instructions and participate in the material review board to resolve material non-conformitities
- Familiarity with electro-mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes
