Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- High-Volume Processing: Prepare and process approximately 150 orders per day to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Packing & Preparation: Securely pack boxes and ensure all stock is correctly marked and labeled for transit.
- Logistics Systems: Utilize computer systems to arrange shipping via UPS and FedEx platforms.
- Reporting: Create and maintain detailed inventory reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Cycle Counting: Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Stock Organization: Sort incoming items according to organizational standards and assist in unloading trucks and checking in new products.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products during the sorting and packing process for any damage or discrepancies.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects ranging from 10 lbs to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers for shipping software and inventory data entry.
- Efficiency: Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks (100+ orders daily) without sacrificing accuracy.
- Reliability: strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
