As a Sanitation Team Member, you will clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, and facility areas while following all food safety, GMP, and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in hot and cold environments, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Previous sanitation or food manufacturing experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided.
Employees must wear required PPE at all times, including hair nets, gloves, and slip-resistant closed-toe shoes. To comply with food safety regulations, jewelry, watches, facial piercings, nail polish, fake nails, and long nails are not permitted on the production floor.
At the start of each shift, team members will report to the Operations Supervisor or Sanitation Lead for orientation, safety procedures, chemical handling instructions, and assigned work areas. Team members are expected to follow sanitation procedures, maintain a safe work environment, communicate effectively with coworkers, and ask questions whenever clarification is needed.
