responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical interface for customers, partnering with sales and providing hands-on troubleshooting.
  
  
• Manage the technical integrity of components, source parts, and ensure continuous UL and ISO compliance.
  
  
• Communicate technical specifications and feedback to an offshore design team to maintain existing products.
  
  
• Conduct final testing of products prior to field trials and provide solutions for end-of-life component issues.
  
  
• Travel occasionally to customer sites to deliver on-the-ground technical leadership for power control solutions.
