responsibilities:
- Act as the engineering technical lead and System Owner for process equipment (including BDS, DP, and PS systems), utilizing expert knowledge to troubleshoot issues and analyze plant fits for Our Client.
- Lead and manage end-to-end CAPEX, OPEX, and continuous improvement projects, overseeing all phases from feasibility studies and resource estimation to startup, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure all facility equipment, machinery, and documentation strictly adhere to Our Client's compliance, quality, and safety (EHS) standards.
- Drive continuous optimization and safety by leading risk assessments, root cause investigations, CAPAs, change control, and deviation activities.
- Champion global engineering best practices by implementing new technical standards and collaborating with Our Client's global biopharmaceutical team.
