responsibilities:
- Manage the complete delivery of Ready for Service (RFS) data center projects from lease execution to completion, ensuring adherence to design guidelines and lease contracts.
- Act as a strong advocate for a safe worksite, prioritizing safety as a core pillar alongside quality, schedule adherence, and cost management.
- Align team objectives and manage deliverables by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, Integration & Technical Infrastructure Managers, and diverse internal teams.
- Identify and coordinate critical dependencies and construction handoffs with key groups, including Security, Data Center Engineering, and Site Selection.
- Review potential new lease locations and support site selection teams by providing expert feedback on lease provider qualifications.
