responsibilities:
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, keeping projects on schedule, on budgets and running smoothly from start to finish
- Work closely with Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain communication and keep everyone aligned throughout the project
- Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, billing approvals and overall job profitability
- Handle contracts, subcontracts, permitting, insurance requirements, purchase orders and day to day project documentation
- Handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
- Bring 5+ years of commercial, ground up construction management experience along with proven leadership skills and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam and MS Office
