responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive site selection, master planning, underground utility routing, and space planning.
- Conduct hydrology analysis, design gravitational wastewater systems, and perform stormwater modeling using applications like StormCAD and CivilStorm.
- Execute final grading plans, including cut and fill analysis and precise earthwork balancing.
- Develop erosion and sediment control plans, secure permit approvals, and ensure strict adherence to local AHJ design and construction requirements.
