responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and housekeeping of R&D labs, handling the installation, configuration, and removal of hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to power distribution units (PDUs), network switches, and Linux/Windows servers.
- Test hardware boards and server components while collaborating flexibly with remote global teams to debug lab issues.
- Manage hardware asset inventory and thoroughly document lab setups and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
