responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC programs for Our Client across coal, gas, and renewable generating plants to ensure all construction meets strict quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Design and execute inspection procedures for materials and services, actively tracking defects, deviations, and non-conformities during high-risk field site visits and installation walkdowns.
- Collaborate extensively with project engineers, maintenance teams, and contractors to continuously improve processes and ensure project specifications and standards are met.
- Develop, review, and maintain quality management systems and Quality Control plans used during project sourcing and execution, including conducting internal and external audits.
- Manage priorities across hundreds of concurrent projects, successfully balancing office-based project reviews and schedule analysis with active field inspections.
