responsibilities:
- Test and Troubleshoot: Test next-generation DNA sequencing instrumentation and resolve product non-conformances while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze production data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce costs, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME): Provide SME support for system validation, change management on manufacturing execution systems, and the creation of quality documents.
- Maintain Quality and Compliance: Assist with manufacturing internal audits, manage audit responses, and resolve process discrepancies to ensure compliance with quality systems.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work independently and within multifunctional teams to maintain detailed reports of instrument failures and support process engineering initiatives.
