An ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the medical device or another highly regulated manufacturing environment, with electro-mechanical products. responsibilities:
- Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders and manage the full PO lifecycle in SAP
- Expedite, defer, or cancel POs based on production requirements
- Monitor order confirmations, pricing, and delivery dates to prevent shortages
- Resolve delivery, quantity, and pricing discrepancies with suppliers
- Coordinate returns, replacements, credits, and corrective actions
- Ensure timely and accurate Goods Receipt posting in SAP
- Maintain accurate purchasing master data and pricing conditions
- 3+ years of buying experience for complex electro-mechanical equipment
- ERP system experience
