responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support to the Design & Construction team and corporate finance department on 13 active new-build developments.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and capital cash flows while partnering closely with regional controllers.
- Utilize Sage Intacct and Rivur to process invoices, track budget versions, and execute agreement documents.
- Coordinate directly with lenders and vendors to review contract requirements and assemble accurate funding draw requests.
- Deliver project status updates and ad hoc financial reports directly to the Senior Vice President.
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university with a degree in business or a related field.
- Previous experience in the construction industry - hospitaly construction experience is ideal.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Sage Intacct and Rivur (or similar enterprise project management and accounting platforms).
- strong knowledge of fiscal planning, contract management, budgeting, and corporate accounting processes.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and effectively present technical project data to management.
