responsibilities:
- Direct and assign staff to provide technical support, analyze user needs, and recommend appropriate hardware for Our Client.
- Oversee the building, testing, and modification of product prototypes utilizing working or theoretical computer simulation models.
- Manage the testing and verification of hardware and support peripherals to ensure they meet the strict specifications of Our Client.
- Confer with engineering teams to evaluate the interface between hardware and software, ensuring optimal system operational performance.
- Provide constructive mentoring and direction to technicians, engineering designers, and other technical support personnel throughout the product development process.
