responsibilities:
- Serve as the welcoming, public-facing point of contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, responding to emails, and coordinating guest arrivals with their hosts.
- Partner with security leadership to manage visitor forms, issue access/escorted badges, grant WiFi permissions, and facilitate access setups for new hires.
- Oversee conference room reservations, arrange catering for meetings and events, and efficiently receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Perform essential daily clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning utilizing MS Office, Zoom, and task-specific online systems.
