- Perform capacity analysis for long- and medium-term resource planning
- Perform time-study data collection and analysis, driving continuous improvement based
- Analyze and execute efficiency and productivity improvements
- Execute line balancing, line re-layout and process optimization
- Lead labor-hour reduction and cycle-time improvement projects to enhance operational productivity
- 7+ years of industrial engineering in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment
- Lean manufacturing experience
- SAP, Excel, PowerBI experience
