responsibilities:
- Direct the quality organization by managing personnel, guiding teams through change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Manage and enhance the Quality Management System to ensure effectiveness and maintain AS9100 certification for Our Client.
- Guarantee organizational readiness by leading internal audits, supporting external regulatory reviews, and managing customer inspections.
- Champion product compliance, manage quality risks, and drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction with delivered products.
- Serve as the primary liaison connecting Our Client's internal teams, customers, and regulatory agencies to resolve quality assurance needs.
