responsibilities:
- Independently create, coordinate, and publish project deliverables including models, details, and drawings, operating with minimal supervision to move the project forward.
- Provide technical guidance and review the work of entry-to-intermediate designers and early career architects to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage interdisciplinary design coordination, resolve field conflicts, and conduct field surveys of existing conditions.
- Respond promptly to coordination requests, process submittals, and provide accurate task-based labor estimates for yourself.
- Strictly enforce project and client standards while proactively identifying and addressing gaps in your own work and the work of others prior to review.
