responsibilities:
- Source, purchase, and schedule the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods through the production process.
- Analyze procurement data to secure the lowest costs while maintaining high quality and meeting required schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material availability and movement.
- Monitor supplier performance, track market price trends, and collaborate on comprehensive demand analysis planning.
- Manage procurement projects autonomously, implement process improvements, and provide guidance to junior team members.
