responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations on the shop floor while supervising the quality control team.
- Act as the primary customer liaison for all quality audits, returns, and compliance matters.
- Maintain and update Quality Management Systems to ensure AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- Document nonconforming products and manage root cause and corrective action reports.
- Perform hands-on incoming, in-process, and final product inspections using gauges and CMM equipment.
