responsibilities:
- Create CMM programs to verify part quality and accurately measure tool components.
- Develop and monitor quality programs to enhance the reliability of manufacturing processes.
- Complete customer PPAPs on time and manage the facility's gauge calibration system.
- Issue non-conformance reports and execute 8-D corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain accurate documentation for compliance.
