responsibilities:
- Verify that General Contractors (GCs) strictly adhere to Our Client's global safety policies, performance standards, and comprehensive physical and mental well-being programs.
- Perform regular on-site safety assessments and deliver actionable, trend-based reports to continuously improve hazard prevention and project safety practices.
- Actively engage in project, task, and field-level planning meetings to ensure safety is seamlessly woven into all execution phases and daily activities.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions to instill a proactive safety culture and equip GC leaders with top-tier incident management strategies.
- Empower and coach GC teams by sharing industry best practices and providing constructive feedback, fostering collaborative Olympic-Level safety performance without direct operational control.
