responsibilities:
- Lead plant reliability initiatives by managing predictive maintenance, analyzing performance data, and conducting thorough root cause analyses to prevent outages.
- Direct water treatment and production programs to ensure strict adherence to operational standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of capital improvement and strategic projects, taking charge of budgeting, RFP evaluations, and vendor oversight.
- Coordinate comprehensive outage planning and execution, providing technical oversight and resource allocation to minimize downtime.
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions, preventative measures, and continuous improvement strategies across all plant operations.
