responsibilities:
- Lead EHS data management by developing dashboards, analyzing metrics, and supporting root cause analyses to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and EPA standards while managing environmental permitting, emissions tracking, and chemical waste programs.
- Create and deliver engaging EHS training materials, campaigns, and visual standards to promote a strong culture of safety across the site.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and assist in preparing the facility for both internal corporate and external regulatory audits.
