responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support for staff and leadership, including managing dynamic department calendars, coordinating call lists, and maintaining essential supplies.
- Manage vital financial transactions seamlessly using SAP and Ariba, handling everything from purchase requisitions and order management to invoice tracking and new vendor requests.
- Serve as the central logistics hub for the team, expertly scheduling, planning, and coordinating all details for critical team meetings.
- Collaborate and innovate alongside fellow administrative professionals to share knowledge, refine workflows, and continuously drive process improvements.
