responsibilities:
- Act as a data steward by loading, validating, and maintaining asset and location records within IBM Maximo to ensure system-wide accuracy and reliability.
- Partner with site teams, engineering, and IT to troubleshoot data discrepancies, resolve issues, automate workflows, and streamline reporting processes.
- Extract and analyze Maximo data to generate actionable insights and provide predictive analytics recommendations that optimize preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards, metrics, and reports using tools like Power BI to track asset performance, compliance, and maintenance activities.
- Support Maximo configuration changes, upgrades, and data migrations while training staff on automated data entry and best practices for data quality.
