We are looking for a Senior Program Manager in Houston, TX. Join Our Client, a digitally enabled solutions provider, to shape the future of critical infrastructure! Requires an Engineering/related Bachelor's and 15+ years in utility infrastructure and EPC oversight.

responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative for Our Client, leading the program and project management of a large portfolio of transmission and substation projects under an EPC model.
- Provide independent technical oversight and manage EPC contractor performance across scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety to ensure alignment with the standards of Our Client.
- Lead comprehensive coordination, communication, and issue resolution among internal stakeholders, EPC contractors, consultants, and the leadership teams of Our Client.
- Drive project readiness, stage-gate coordination, and decision-support activities, ensuring successful transitions from construction and commissioning to final handover.
- Serve as a senior leader in executive briefings and working sessions, mentoring multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution for Our Client.
