responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on engineering support at the manufacturing site, conducting measurement system analysis (MSA) and comprehensive process validations.
- Drive capital acquisition from equipment selection and contract negotiation to final installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain strict adherence to GMP, safety, and FDA regulations while generating critical documentation like PFMEAs, control plans, PPAPs, and capability studies.
- Apply engineering techniques to reduce time-to-market and product costs, author comprehensive operational manuals, and train manufacturing team members for success.
