A mission-driven company in Redmond, WA is hiring an Wireless Test Engineer with 2+ years of experience. The role involves validating wireless performance using RF equipment, key RF concepts, and automation scripting.

responsibilities:
- Execute throughput and performance testing for heterogeneous wireless devices, evaluating how multiple radios (e.g., Bluetooth and WiFi) operate simultaneously in congested RF environments.
- Design and conduct tests that account for antenna isolation, physical/protocol layer interactions, and radio coexistence.
- Perform spectral and time-domain analysis, Bluetooth pairing, and profile configuration using wireless sniffers like Ellisys, Omnipeek, or Wireshark.
- Write and execute automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to parse results, and work closely with software engineers and chipset vendors to debug complex hardware issues.
- Configure Windows devices and conduct hands-on testing across diverse conditions, utilizing reverberation chambers, shielded rooms, and open test environments.
