responsibilities:
- Investigate, own, and resolve internal and supplier-driven Non-Conformances (NC) and CAPA records, ensuring timely closure within the TrackWise system.
- Partner with suppliers to address top quality issues, escalate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR), and evaluate Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICRs).
- Lead critical assessments for change management, including PPAP activities, and monitor KPIs to interpret trends and initiate proactive actions.
- Support process and equipment validations, perform documentation and label reviews, and help create or modify standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze manufacturing complaints, handle product field actions, and assist with manufacturing facility transfers.
