responsibilities:
- Lead critical engineering projects and closely monitor performance against plans to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
- Evaluate and authorize significant changes that impact project scope, budget, or timelines within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Prioritize tasks and assign team members efficiently to assist in the management of multiple projects and ensure strict deadlines are met.
- Serve as a professional technical thought leader, providing specialized guidance and analytical problem-solving across Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions.
- Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors to guarantee the organization receives satisfactory and high-quality standards of service.
