responsibilities:
- Design cost-effective electric and/or gas utility systems for new construction, expanded services, and system improvements.
- Serve as the central point of contact for developers, contractors, and local agencies to ensure high customer satisfaction from project inception to completion.
- Create preliminary project estimates and formally present comprehensive, accurate financial agreements to customers.
- Lead pre-construction meetings with inspectors, foremen, and service managers to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to regulations.
- Support emergency restoration activities and participate in the after-hours on-call supervisor rotation as needed.
