Join Our Client, a mission-driven company empowering the planet as a Construction Environmental Compliance Lead in Reno, NV ! We need experts with strong knowledge in Clean Water Act regulations to manage environmental permits and field inspections for data center construction.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with permit managers and subject-matter experts to satisfy environmental compliance obligations and ensure construction teams understand and adhere to all permit conditions.
- Conduct onsite field inspections, provide on-demand field support, and develop offsite reports across all construction phases, including the handover to Operations.
- Direct environmental and construction consultants in conducting site inspections, submitting required reports, and advising construction teams on field compliance concerns.
- Identify and resolve construction-related environmental issues involving stormwater, wetlands (CWA 404/401), threatened species, cultural resources, and air compliance.
- Serve as Our Client's environmental representative to support regulatory agency discussions, stakeholder alignment, and community engagement activities for new builds.
