responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and emergency repairs at assigned Naval Base clinical buildings through routine site visits.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish, monitor, and successfully meet critical project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
- Develop accurate estimates and ROMs, proactively resolving on-site project issues to ensure strict quality control.
- Represent Our Client by attending all scheduled Government meetings and providing daily status updates directly to Government Leadership.
- Compile detailed monthly reports to ensure and document full compliance with Our Client's contract requirements.
