The Facilities Project Manager will lead, plan, and execute critical facility infrastructure upgrades, machinery installation, and structural optimization projects. Aerospace industry, SAP and Gantt charts experience are highly desired.

responsibilities:
- Schedule Architecture: Develop, maintain, and own comprehensive project lifecycles using Microsoft Project (creating complex Gantt charts to track critical path dependencies, resource allocation, and milestones).
- Financial Tracking: Manage end-to-end project financials within SAP ERP, handling purchase requisitions, capital asset tracking, vendor invoicing, and budget variance analyses.
- Infrastructure & Rigging Execution: Oversee facility renovations, production floor layout reconfigurations, and the mechanical/electrical utility setups required for high-tech aerospace machine tools and component repair assets.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between the EHRO Transformation team, EH Site Facilities, external general contractors, and manufacturing engineering.
- EHS & Quality Integration: Partner closely with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality assurance teams to ensure all structural changes adhere to OSHA, FAA Part 145, and AS9110 regulatory standards.
- Disruption Mitigation: Strategically stage and phase facility interruptions (power drops, structural rigging) to avoid impacting active aerospace component repair throughput.
