responsibilities:
- Provide technical design leadership for data center life safety systems, including fire alarm, smoke control, and fire protection systems.
- Lead the creation of 3D BIM models and complete design drawings utilizing Revit MEP in coordination with architects and engineers.
- Deliver code-compliant asset protection and fire mitigation solutions, incorporating smoke modeling and explosion prevention.
- Produce constructible designs by calculating equipment sizes, creating network diagrams, and developing comprehensive construction specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with leads, subject matter experts, and multidisciplinary teams to manage concurrent projects and ensure on-time completion.
