responsibilities:
- Apply extensive technical expertise to lead multiple moderate-to-large projects through all phases, including research, design, equipment selection, procurement, and commissioning.
- Act as a primary technical consultant, representing the organization on critical contracts and collaborating with senior external personnel on significant technical matters.
- Drive the development of innovative techniques, procedures, and standards while working independently to achieve overall technical objectives.
- Provide expert field engineering oversight and direction for ongoing project activities, including operations, maintenance, testing, diagnostics, and installation.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and optionally direct the work assignments of junior engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.
