responsibilities:
- Manage the full-lifecycle execution of up to 20 concurrent, small emergent capital projects while actively supporting larger base capital initiatives.
- Collaborate with plant Operations and Reliability teams to identify system needs, develop project scopes, and create comprehensive business justifications.
- Maintain strict administrative oversight of project documentation, including technical specifications, charters, budget forecasting, and material deliveries.
- Direct vendor and contractor management by soliciting quotes, coordinating bids, and overseeing external personnel executing project work in the field.
- Attend daily Plan of Day (POD) meetings and maintain a strong field presence to ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption to 24/7 plant operations.
