responsibilities:
- Lead the development of socket, high-speed connector, and cable assembly solutions by converting market needs and customer voices into conceptual designs and product specifications.
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings using Creo and evaluate design viability through mechanical simulations, tolerance analyses, and comprehensive DFMEA processes.
- Oversee prototype sample validation, conduct required testing, and utilize data analytics to troubleshoot and effectively resolve product-related issues.
- Partner with global manufacturing resources, procurement, and external suppliers to ensure all technical, quality, and cost objectives are met.
- Execute thorough technical documentation including design history files and change notices while providing expert technical support to customers, sales, and plant teams.
