Direct hire- Supply Chain Manager, Charlotte, NC- Local client in Charlotte, NC is seeking to hire a Supply Chain Manager. You will be reporting directly to the Plant Manager. Must have Supply Chain MGMT or Supervision experience from the a fast paced manufacturing industry. Must have prior supervision experience 10 + years- Prefer Management experience 5+. Must have at least an Asso. Degree, Bachelor's degree is a plus. Base salary, full benefits, 401 K/stock options and relocation assistance is available.

responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure just in time supply of the production
  
  
• Provides leadership to others in materials matters or to direct reports as assigned.
  
  
• Responsible to ensure an efficient and effective management of incoming, warehouse and distribution logistics.
  
  
• Production,budget and planning for supply chain processes/costs
  
  
• Any other planning, organizing, leading and controlling that is required to run the Supply Chain function efficiently and effectively

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week 
qualifications:

• Experience level: Manager
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Education: Associates (required)

Management (5 years of experience is preferred)

Supervising (10 years of experience is required)

Purchasing / Procurement (10 years of experience is required)

Warehouse MGMT (10 years of experience is required)
