Join Our Client, a global force in women's health as a Manufacturing Engineer in San Diego, CA! We seek an engineer with a BS, 12+ years regulated biotech/device experience, and automation expertise to lead capital equipment projects and raise the standard of care worldwide.

responsibilities:
- Independently direct the evaluation, purchase, installation, and qualification of custom automation systems and new consumable injection molding projects.
- Establish rigorous validation requirements and develop IQ/OQ/PQ documentation at suppliers for complex automation and auxiliary equipment.
- Drive core engineering functions including Design of Experiments (DoE), risk management, and advanced statistical analysis to author effective design and control plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create comprehensive project charters that detail business needs, scope, capital scenarios, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all documentation and processes strictly adhere to cGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO safety standards in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
