responsibilities:
- Manage the installation, alignment, and debugging of mechanical systems to ensure successful manufacturing capacity additions.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on complex mechanical machinery (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors) to resolve issues and enhance equipment capability.
- Design and implement industrialized mechanical solutions while interpreting technical blueprints and maintaining critical engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support operations training.
- Champion safe work practices across project teams while effectively managing spare parts inventory and CMMS records.
