responsibilities:
- Execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for new and existing equipment while performing hands-on troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Conduct routine equipment testing and calibration to optimize functionality and resolve complex performance issues.
- Guarantee strict compliance with FDA, ISO, and GMP standards by preparing meticulous qualification reports and supporting audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies like FMEA and Six Sigma to enhance existing qualification processes.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure proper equipment maintenance and deliver comprehensive technical training to operational staff.
