responsibilities:
- Support the seamless integration of mechanical systems with PLC-controlled equipment, servo motors, pneumatics, and critical automation components.
- Design and update detailed 3D CAD models, mechanical drawings, and bills of materials to drive equipment innovation.
- Collaborate on equipment layouts, mechanical design reviews, and tolerance analysis to ensure optimal design for manufacturability.
- Drive hands-on machine builds, prototype assemblies, factory testing, and equipment commissioning to support full production ramp-up.
